Aeon was formed in the summer of 1999, with the members; Tommy Dahlström (vocals), Zeb Nilsson (guitar), Johan Hjelm (bass) and Arttu Malkki (drums). All four ex members of Defaced Creation!!! Later, Morgan Nordbakk (guitar) took the place as second guitarist.

Aeon recorded their first demo in fall of 1999 which included the tracks; "The Return of Apolluon", Eternal Hate", With Blood They Pay", The Awakening", "Bloodlust" and "Hell Unleashed". The band chose three songs from that recording for spreading it to record labels. Many labels showed their interests in the demo (also known as "Promo 2000") and wanted to sign Aeon, such as Wicked World,Black Mark, Near Dark Prod. etc.....

But Aeon decided to not take the first offer, instead they decided to wait for the deal they deserved; a label which could offer a faire deal and give a good impression to Aeon that they would push the band enough.

In august 2000 Necropolis records contacted Aeon and they negotiated with the band ´til both sides where satisfied. Necropolis rec. wanted to release Aeon ASAP, and their demo recording was such a good production that the label and Aeon decided to release the whole demo, with all the six tracks as a MCD.

That MCD was realesed as"Dark Order in may of 2001 at Necropolis records.

In about the same time Morgan decided to leave the band as he was moving to Stockholm, he was replaced by Daniel Dlimi (ex Equinox ov the Gods etc.).

Aeon continued to write material to their debut album, and did some gigs under this line-up.

In summer of 2002 Arttu Malkki decided to leave Aeon as a drummer, but still he is involved in the band in such manners as taking decicions and arranging music. He also follows the band to their concerts to help out.

Arttu was replaced by Nils Fjellström (Chastisement). Nils was showing much interests in playing lots of blastbeats and grind so that inspired the band to write some very fast songs for the album which will be recorded sometime in spring of 2003.

Aeon is also one of the best live acts in the Death Metal genre, since the members are all great musicians with a lot of live experience, (both as Aeon, and from other erlier bands such as Defaced Creation) and they all got the best equipment that are around to make their unique "soundbarrier".

Aeon is different from other Death Metal bands since they do not find it good enough to just play fast. Aeon is taking Death Metal to a new level by having all the instruments "supporting" each other, and take their time to make good riffs, lyrics and vocal patterns with a thought behind it.

Aeon does not use any "fillout" material, instead they have the same intensity, majesty and brutality all through all the parts in every track, to create the best Death Metal ever made!!!!!

Starting in 2002 with Carlos Gutierrez on Drums and Sal Zepeda on Guitar and not knowing how far they could take it, they began to put a band together. Carlos and Sal started to ask their close friends to join the band, This is when they got Adrian Gallego to play Bass, as they were trying out different vocalist's Rick Rangel came to a practice one day and got on the mic. and was asked to joine, as time passed Adrian dropped out and Rick picked up the Bass and FBF picked up another vocalist (Ray Fiero), as they progressed they decided to pick up another guitarist and thats where Anthony Vasquez joined as Bassist and Rick switched to playing the guitar, this was the line up for a few months through 2003. Ray left the band in January of 2004 and another singer was picked up. This guy does'nt deserve to be mentioned and we'll just leave it at that! HE WAS DROPPED!!! And the search was on for another vocalist . It only took FBF one day, to find Jovanny Herrera (AKA - Gio) from East L.A. Gio was the first guy they asked to try out and the last. They only needed to hear one song, which happened to be an origional that he wrote PLUS! he played guitar, so it was decided! Gio would be the new Vocalist and the third guitarist. Within the first two weeks of Gio being in the band they were in the studio adding Gio's vocals to the first four track demo - Life...Death ...and FBF! A month later they played their first Whiskey gig with this lineup, and the response was overwelming. With many shows to follow FBF has continued to create more songs along with playing a variety of covers from influences like, Iron Maiden's - Killers -Trooper - Hollowed Be Thy Name - Prowler, Testament's - Over the Wall, JudasPriest - Hot Rockin, Exodus - Pirahna, Slayer's - Die By the Sword, and Megadeth - Wake Up Dead. Although FBF has grown musically it was the decision of Sal to leave the band and start another band to play a different style of metal. Since Sal's departure FBF decided they would keep the lineup with the four remaining members. With the collaboration of all four members they have remained true to their craft and dedicated to the return of Thrash Metal Music. Fueled By Fire soon returned to the recording studio to record their Debut Album - SPREAD THE FIRE!!! which contains nine tracks. Although FBF never had the oppertunity for a big launch for this album they have received orders for the album world wide to distros in places like Tokyo and Osaka - Japan, Netherlands, Brazil, Germany, Holland, France, Finland,Chile, Puerto Rico, ect... not to mention the albums that have gone to every state in the US. and Canada..... In November 2006 "FBF" was contacted by "Brian Slagel" owner/founder of "Metal Blade Records". Top exects from Metal Blade came to see FBF perform with Hallows Eve and Hirax and a deal was in the works . As of March 5th 2007 "FUELED BY FIRE" officially signed to the "METAL BLADE LABEL" Playing shows throughout California from San Diego to San Francisco and opening for bands like Agent Steel, Municiple Waste, Fates Warning, and Toxic Holocaust. "FUELED BY FIRE" has been invited to play in none other than "The KEEP IT TRUE FESTIVAL" in GERMANY!!! where they will be performing on a bill with bands that include "RAZOR" "JAG PANZER" "DOOMSWORD""TITAN FORCE""SENTINAL BEAST" and many more. All this before their album was even set to release with "Metal Blade" which now has a release date of August 7, 2007, No doubt Fueled By Fire is making a name for themselves developing a fan base thats growing every time they hit the stage. Keep an eye out for these guy's they are litterally SPREADING THE FIRE!!! ....FBF IS SURE TO HIT A STAGE NEAR YOU!!!!

Riders of the Plauge boasts  a slew of guest performances. You'll hear their producer, Jonas Kjellgren, lay down some leads on "The Victorious Dead" and the "Outro", as well as some vocals on the track "Merciless". Fellow Scar Symmetry guitarist Per Nillson laid down some guitars for "The Murder" along with Santiago Dobles (Aghora) lead and banjo. James Murphy (Death, Testament) throws down some guest leads on "Awakening" and "Outro". And Jonas Granvik (Without Grief, Edge of Sanity) helped out with vocals on "Merciless". The band also did a cover of Testaments "Into the Pit" with surgical precision. The cover of "Into the Pit" and the guest appearances add to the already tasteful and flavored melodic textures and tempos found all over Riders of Plague.

KMFDM

Moving to Chicago in the mid-80' s KMFDM was the pride of Wax Trax Records during the label’s peak. Rapidly evolving year by year through intense experimentation and touring; the band has redefined themselves with each new release.

Venturing on to dabble in side projects and then re-establish KMFDM in Seattle during 1999 Sascha’s revolving band of misfits stood the test of time. Currently helmed by the dual vocal attack of the band’s founder Sascha and siren Lucia KMFDM celebrated 20 years of musical excellence by performing 62 shows in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia in 2004.

To quote themselves, “The future belongs to those of us still willing to get our hands dirty”. Living by their D.I.Y. philosophy, KMFDM has launched their own online store,
KMFDM Store and record label, (KMFDM Records). In 2005 they embarked on a World Tour of 18 countries in support of their full length CD Hau Ruck. 2006 saw the release of a new remix EP titled Ruck Zuck and the Hau Ruck Zuck USSA Tour with opening act Combichrist.

Now in their 23rd year, KMFDM remain a musical entity to be reckoned with. Through relentless musical exploration and reinvention they have continued to top themselves. KMFDM’s new album, Tohuvabohu, is no exception.

‘Tohuvabohu,’ an Old Testament word meaning “wild and chaotic,” perfectly captures the spirit and energy behind the tracks contained therein. While staying true to their self-described sound of the Ultra Heavy Beat, Tohuvabohu also dares to venture into new territory, ultimately destroying everything in its path. KMFDM invites you to celebrate chaos with Tohuvabohu. “Get ready, set, all systems go!” Tohuvabohu is out now on Metropolis Records/KMFDM Records.

In addition to their new material KMFDM has re-released their entire back catalog from the band's Wax Trax! Records era as KMFDM Classics via Metropolis Records/KMFDM Records. All KMFDM Classics are remastered with deluxe booklets and some contain extra tracks. Their ten classic albums, What Do You Know, Deutschland?, Don't Blow Your Top, UAIOE, Naive, Money, Angst, Nihil, Xtort, Symbols and Adios are available now.

The self-proclaimed fathers of industrial-rock show no signs of stopping.
